Rod Sherman
President/CEO

Rod received a degree in Finance & Real Estate from USC's School of Business while leading the Trojan Football Team as co-captain of its Rose Bowl Team. The next year he was a member of the Oakland Raiders' first Super Bowl team and continued to play in the NFL for a total of 7 years. Concurrently, he completed a Master's Degree in Education.

His involvement with sports camps dates back to his playing days in the NFL and has grown since then to encompass both regional and statewide youth sports programming. Following his retirement from the NFL, as an Asst. AD at the University of California, Irvine, Rod launched the university's first comprehensive summer sports camp program. They quickly became as popular as they were financially successful in raising scholarship dollars for men's and women's sports.

As an entrepreneur, he uniquely created equity and/or sponsorship positions for Reebok, Pacific Bell, Gatorade, Nike, and Knudsen Dairy in over 100 summer camps that tied-in retail promotions throughout the target markets.

His business career has centered around sponsorship sales and program management within the growing industry of entertainment and sports marketing.
