Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy

CANCELLATIONS

YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND IS LIMITED. Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing to our offices and cannot be made verbally. Cancelled reservations may be reinstated at then current prices, subject to availability. Charges and payments for products or services ordered in addition to the basic camp tuition fees are non-refundable. Other non-refundable fees include, but are not limited to: returned check fees, processing fees, reservation change fees, etc.

Cancellation and fees are subject to the following schedule:

• Cancellations received in our offices by December 31st for a Flashback Camp taking place after May 1st will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations received in our offices between January 1st and March 1st for a Flashback Camp taking place after May 1st will receive a refund of 75% of the tuition rate less a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations received in our offices after March 1st but on or before April 30th for a Flashback Camp taking place after May 1st will receive a refund of 50% of the tuition rate less a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations received after April 30th will receive no refund.

RESERVATION CHANGES

If for any reason you wish to make a reservation change to another person, you may do so. There will be a $50 Reservation Change Fee to process this request. You will be entitled to a full refund of the monies paid to date, less the reservation change fee, once the substitute person has paid his/her camp tuition in full.
